We are unable to offer merchandise exchanges at this time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Lash Star Beauty purchase, please return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your original invoice date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com to initiate your return. Please include a return reason code in your email.

We recommend using the original packaging to return you item(s). Include free item(s) received with your original order, if any. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless your order was damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number and a copy of this form for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
- Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Lash Star Beauty is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.
- Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and LashStarBeauty.com order number.

Please include a copy of the original order confirmation in the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for a refund on the original purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Changes / Cancellations
Please email email@example.com immediately after placing your order if you need to edit or cancel your order.
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened or gently used.
Once you receive a shipping confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Please note that the cut-off time to modify or cancel an order is by 12pm E.T. on the day the order is placed.
