How can I update my order?

Please email us at hello@lashstarbeauty.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, we’ll do our best to process your request. Orders cannot be modified after 2pm EST on the day of ordering.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your account Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.

can I return a product purchased at a store?

Only one promo code will work during checkout. If you have more than one discount code, please choose the one you want to use more. Free Shipping offered on all orders valued at $50 or more offers advertised on site without a code will be automatically applied and can be used in conjunction with a separate promo code.


When will my card be charged?

We place the charge on your credit card once your order is confirmed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover. We also accept AfterPay, Paypal, and Shop Pay.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. Is your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again


Where do you ship to?

Lash Star ships to all 50 states and Canada. We also ship internationally, but please take note all International shipping rates apply. Please note you may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the next business day). You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. Orders placed before 1:00pm EST will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST on Fridays will be processed the next business day, which is Monday. During certain peak times, including holidays, orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We estimate that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $50. Please note, we only offer 2-Day and Next Day shipping within the US There are 3 shipping rates available for within the US: USPS First Class Mail at $5 UPS 2nd-Day Air (2-3 Business Days) at $13 UPS Next-Day Air (1-2 Business Days) at $20

Where will my order ship from?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@lashstarbeauty.com as soon as possible. Please note that you must contact us before 4:30pm EST on the same-day as ordering to modify your shipping address.

My order has been marked delivered but hasn't arrived yet.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, please wait until the end of the day as packages can be marked as "delivered" while still in transit. Lash Star is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced by the carrier.


What is your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order and the product must be unused and in the original packaging. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Please contact hello@lashstarbeauty.com to initiate your return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept product exchanges at this time. Please return your original item and place a new order for the new item.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If the product you received is damaged or not exactly what you ordered, please send us an email at hello@lashstarbeauty.com and we will correct your order at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping packaging instructions

We recommend using the original packaging to return your item(s). Include free item(s) received with your original order, if any. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping of unwanted product(s) back to us unless your order was damaged or not exactly what you ordered. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number and a copy of this form for your records. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via the carrier of your choice. Lash Star Beauty is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and Lash Star Beauty order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for a refund on the original purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and then up to 5-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email when our team has processed your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If applicable, If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at hello@lashstarbeauty.com.

Order changes/Cancellations

Please email hello@lashstarbeauty.com immediately after placing your order if you need to edit or cancel your order. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and have not been used. Once you receive a shipping confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or canceled. Please note that the cut-off time to modify or cancel an order is by 2pm EST. on the day the order is placed.

Can I return a product purchased at a store?

We do not accept returns from retailers other than lashstarbeauty.com. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about a return.
